Best hotel in Cappadocia, good value for money, clean and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful, Llayda was very welcoming and helped us to book tours. Breakfast was excellent as well.

Really interesting property, the room was beautiful!! Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was the best we had in Türkiye.

The rooms were very clean and were big and spacious. The beds were very comfortable and the washroom was also tidy and spacious. The view outside was amazing and the staff were hospitable. The breakfast included a wide variety and were delicious where each day had a different menu and you were greeted by an adorable cat.

Was very clean, and the staff was so friendly and helpful.Great location for balloon watching and walking to town. The in house pets were so lovable .

We were there in mid October and our room was quite warm for sleeping, and air conditioning did not work. Which, may be normal in Turkey and other countries, but Americans need AC:)Website said they have AC, and that is one thing we look for when booking.But second hotel that AC was “seasonal”

Centrally located but quiet refuge in Cappadocia

From the time of our booking the staff was helpful and nice. They went overboard in keeping an eye on us and catering to our every need. Our final day we had to leave early for the airport and they opened the kitchen to make us an amazing breakfast!

Conveniently located, good value for money, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Upgraded us to king suite with balcony for our honeymoon. Was lovely to view the balloons in the morning. Can also help you do laundry 15 € per bag which is pricey but convenient.

Nothing bad, it is up the hill so just know that before booking if you have mobility issues

The view from our room was wonderful. Communication from the staff was excellent and most of them were very helpful. Room cleaning was great and very clean. Breakfast was huge and well stocked with many Turkish foods. Our cave room was truly amazingly perched on the highest point and very private and gorgeous.

The property seemed to need a refurbish. Could have used some maintenance. There seemed to be a lot of people hanging around the reception outside sitting smoking. Not sure if a manager was missing in this but this for direction but the grounds needed work and the pillows outside in the seating area should be refreshed. Our suite did not have working jacuzzi and no floor lamp or bedside lamp which they could not fix for the four days we were there. The jacuzzi was a big let down as we wanted that experience in the red bath tub and the room was pricey.

Property was beautiful, the cave rooms were very unique. Restaurant on site was good and the pool on site was well utilized by my group! We especially loved how friendly the staff were, and the two minute walk into town. The best part was the hotel dogs, Linda, Latte and Pasha (puppy). Our group especially loved having Pasha around by the pool :) Hotel also has a great rooftop terrace viewpoint for the sunrise balloons!

It is up on a hill which is GREAT for the views, but just notable for someone with limited mobility. It is a great location for balloon and sunset watching.

We had a wonderful stay at Secret Hill in Cappadocia. The location is fantastic — close to everything yet peaceful. The rooms are beautiful, especially the family suite, which was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning.A special mention to Arif and Malik at reception — they were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect. Their hospitality really made a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Malik, the manager, was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. He even helped with an issue that was out of his control. When traveling with a child, a little extra help goes a long way. The breakfast and amenities were very convenient and nice as well. We would love to come back and definitely recommend as a top choice when visiting Cappadocia.-Adam and LaShonda

Room described as junior suite has the smallest toilet I suppose in the entire hotel with a very small balcony, deluxe room is much bigger

I had a wonderful stay at Cappadocia Secret Hill Cave Suites. The location is breathtaking—perched on a quiet hill with sweeping views of the valleys and a short walk to the best view in town to watch the hot air balloons at sunrise. The atmosphere is peaceful and feels like a true escape from the busy tourist areas.The cave suites are beautifully designed, blending rustic charm with modern comforts. The stone interiors are atmospheric and cozy, and my room had a lovely private terrace. The staff were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. From the moment I arrived, Malik & the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were warm, attentive, and always happy to share local dishes for us to try, or help with anything we needed. The personalized service truly elevated the experience.Breakfast was another highlight—fresh local produce, homemade pastries, and an amazing spread of traditional Turkish dishes & special mention for the special salad which is super fresh & tasty too ! One thing to note: the cave rooms can get quite warm, especially during the hotter months. While there is ventilation, it’s something to be aware of if you’re sensitive to heat. I’d recommend asking about fans or AC options if you’re visiting in summer.If you’re looking for an unforgettable, serene, and uniquely Cappadocian stay, Secret Hill Cave Suites is the hidden gem you need to discover. Room gets a bit warm

Cappadocia Secret Hill Cave Suits has a very peaceful atmosphere. It is at the Edge of town but only a few minutes walk from the center of town. It has very friendly and helpful staff and a delicious breakfast with many choices. The rooms are very cleannand comfortable.It was nice to be able to enjoy a glass of wine or other beverage in the evening on the rooftop terrace. If we come back to Göreme we will definitely stay here again.

It would have been nice to have more Cappadocian dishes on the restaurant menu. However, it was no problem as there are many different restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is located near the top of a hill with an excellent view of the area. It’s an easy walk to the city center. The room was clean and the staff was very hospitable and helpful. They arranged an excellent and knowledgeable private tour guide, who covered the area in one day, giving us a relaxing second day doing hot air balloon, etc. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

Private, small and great location.

There is a dog that makes it’s home by the entrance gate right by suite 101 and my window; it barks in the morning and night and they are aware of it. It can easily be fixed by adding more poles to the fence which would keep the dog from jumping up and sleeping on the rock wall.

Helpful, communicative, good location for balloons seeing

The staff was very helpful and nice. They book everything in the hotel for you. We had a problem with our transport to the airport and they fixed it very well. The breakfast was very good. I would only add more kinds of fruits and not only orange.

The location was great ! Within walking distance of the charming little town. Easy access to most of the interesting sights.

The path that leads to the hotel has no lighting and it’s quite dark. Had to turn on our phone light to see the way but good thing is, it’s a short distance only. Beds were a little too narrow. Especially for my 6’2” husband.
